Kindergarten Registration

Registration Instructions (Moreland Elementary students only):

Click the link below to complete online registration for students enrolling at Moreland Elementary. **Please note each student will need a completed registration form.

Please take the time to read each question carefully and ensure all information is spelled correctly.

Documents needed when completing registration:

1. Child’s birth certificate
2. Child’s immunization records
3. Photo of your child (shoulders and face)
4. One of the following bills dated within the last 60 days: Mortgage Statement, real estate tax bill, taxes, electric, water, cable, gas, or other showing your name and address.
5. Any applicable custody documentation.
